Due to insurance reasons and confidentiality of our clients, we Do NOT allow the general public to attend an actual investigation. We also want our clients to know who is coming into their homes or businesses so just having random people join us wouldn't be very professional. We do however have the company and do tours, hunts, special events, and more to give you an idea of what its truly like.

It is important to know that we go into an investigation as an open minded skeptic, meaning we will try to find normal causes first before calling it paranormal. We will use equipment to try to help us determine what is truly happening. Some of the equipment we may bring with us are cameras, emf readers, recorders, and temperature meters, to name a few. 
It's very important to note we do NOT use psychics' on our investigation. We consider ourselves to be a scientific team. 

We do not charge for our service and never have; however, donations are accepted but never a must.

For Residential clients please let us know you would like an investigation done. One of our team members will then send out a client interview form. Once we get the form returned our team will look it over and determine if we can accept your case or not. PLEASE NOTE: we do ask that only ONE person (if any) stays present for the investigation and that person remains in a nonactive part of the house. This is the best way for us to have an investigation without compromising the evidence.

For business, please let us know the business name and what kind of access we will have.  We ask for no more than 2 people stay and that again they aren't in the areas we are in.  We do understand sometimes for security reasons they may need to stay and we will give them a quick run down of do's and don'ts. We also understand that sometimes people who work at the business may want to join, in those cases we ask for a second investigation that they can join us on (fees may come into play), but for the first investigation we just want our team present.

We send out the forms to determine if we will accept a case. We are all volunteers with jobs and families so we do this in our spare time. Due to this we can not always accept every case that comes in due to the fact that it would be overwhelming. We determine which cases to take by how much information is provided to us, the more information we have the more we can determine if we feel we can help. We also want to keep the safety of our team members in mind when accepting a case; so alot will come to consideration when it comes to looking over the client forms.

We do not take cases of possible possession, we will not get involved in any legal matters, and even though we offer cleansings; we can not promise to move a spirit on. We also will not give free advice, this is due to the fact that without a proper investigation we can not truly understand what is going on; only after an investigation is done will we be able to offer you any advice.

No we don't do any of that. 
The reason we do not use mediums or psychics on our team because we consider ourselves a scientific team. We want to prove the paranormal exists and to do this we need actual evidence and can not base things off of feelings.

Our team members all go through a training period. Plus all the members continue to research and learn during the entire time of being on the team. A team should also always allow you to know who the team members are so you may research them before allowing them into your home or business.
