The tour is for all ages, the hunts have an age recommendation of 10 years or older, other venues have different age requirements; however we all have a policy that anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent.

ALL of our tours and hunts that we are in charge of is $25 per person. Other special events vary depending on venue, they can run $25 and up.

We have a no refund policy for our tour, experience, & hunts. We will however be willing to transfer your reservation to a different date that is available. Special events have different refund policies depending on the venue.

For the most part yes, however there may be locations in each building that are not.

We are a year round company, however our tours maybe limited during off season, with either only running once a month or every other weekend.  Bookings always need to be made by 2pm the day of.
