Tour operations and special events

Our tours and hunts run ALL year round however during off season we will have less offerings.

Our off season goes from December till August.
Our peak season is September till November.


ALL Bookings must be done in advance online.

On days that bookings are available:
      If no one books by 2pm the day of the offering; then the bookings will close for the day and you will not be able to book online and our ghost host will be given the day off; so no tour or hunt will happen for that day. 

     However, If a booking has already been made for any of the hunts/tour; then the booking opportunity stays open up till the time of the hunt/tour for that day. but still must be made online.



We also may have special events year-round. Check out our special events page for anything we may have coming up.

*Please note we do have a paranormal team and our paranormal team does investigations year round.*

   Will vary depending on the adventure you choose.
